Gucci Mane or Radric Delantic Davis was born on February 12, 1980, in Bessemer, Alabama. His dad worked in their local power plant while his mom worked as a social worker and a teacher.
Due to his parents being separated, he was only raised by his mother where they then moved to Atlanta when he was at the age of nine.
When he turned 14, Gucci had an affinity with rap as he was able to create flaring verses by this time. It showed hi raw talent as a rapper which will later define him to who he is today.
